Return Policy

At Faith Bridal Co., we take great care in sourcing and inspecting every gown. Due to the nature of bridal wear, we have established the following return policy to ensure fairness, quality, and transparency for all brides.

Returns

All approved returns are eligible for a refund with a 20% restocking fee. Home Try On purchases are not refundable- the Home Try On fee or your dress that you say "Yes" to are not refundable.

Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund will be issued for the purchase price minus the 20% restocking fee and shipping fees.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the dress must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

Be free of stains, pet hair, makeup, deodorant, odors, or damage

Include all original tags and packaging

Be shipped back within 5 days of delivery. You can ship it out on the 4th day after it arrives to qualify, it just must be on it's way back to the warehouse on the 5th day, or your return will be rejected.

Any dress showing signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted.

A cleaning fee may be assessed upon receipt of the dress back at our warehouse.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit:

Clearance or marked “Final Sale” dresses- ALL dresses $500 and under are FINAL SALE.

Accessories (veils, sleeves, belts, etc.)

Dresses purchased through the Home Try On program are final sale.

How to Start a Return

Include your order number and reason for return

Once approved, return instructions will be provided

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Important Notes

Bridal sizing differs from standard clothing sizing. Please review size charts carefully before purchasing.

Minor alterations are common and expected with bridal gowns.
