Do you have a physical storefront?
No, we are an online-only bridal boutique. This allows us to offer designer gowns at affordable prices 50%-80% off retail.

Are the dresses new?
Yes and no. The dresses were samples in bridal shops and carefully inspected before shipping unless otherwise clearly stated in the listing. Some gowns will need dry cleaning prior to wear. Some gowns have loose/missing beading on straps and will need to be repaired in alterations. 

Are your dresses authentic?
Yes. Every gown is sourced from trusted designers, manufacturers, or authorized suppliers. We have dresses from the top names in bridal- Essence of Australia, Christina Wu, Justin Alexander, Maggie Sottero, Rebecca Ingram, Morilee, Jasmine, Evelyn, Stella York, Allure, Casablanca, Madison James, Moonlight, Mon Cheri, and many more!

How do I know which size to order?
Please refer to the measurements listed on each product page. Bridal sizing often runs smaller than street sizing, so we strongly recommend measuring yourself and ordering based on measurements—not your usual dress size. Bridal is typically 2 sizes bigger than your jean size, but you can go up 1-2 sizes and alter the dress down without compromising the fit.

How does Make-an-Offer work?
Browse our dresses, when you find one you love and it's over budget, Make-an-Offer! You can save $200-$500 depending on the dress. We respond to all offers within a few hours, sometimes instantly!  

👗 Fit, Alterations & Try-Ons

Can I try on the dress before purchasing?
At this time, we have Home Try On program. Our detailed photos, videos, and sizing guides are designed to help you shop with confidence for dresses $500 and under. You can request more videos/pictures by sending us an email at Hello@FaithBridalCo.com

Will the dress need alterations?
Most bridal gowns require minor alterations for a perfect fit. We recommend budgeting for alterations with a local seamstress. Typically, a hem, tightening straps, swapping out bust cups and a bustle are needed.

Do you offer custom sizing?
No, we do not. Alterations will make the dress fit you perfectly!

Do you offer Home Try-On for Make-an-Offer dresses?
We do not. We do allow any coupon code to be used towards the dress you purchase through Home Try-On.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Every order is shipped out within 48 hours. We send you tracking as soon as the label is made. Once shipped, you will receive your dress within 7 days- most brides receive their dress within 1-4 days.

Do you offer rush shipping?
Rush options are available. Please contact us before ordering if you need a dress quickly.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. Please send us an email to inquire about shipping outside of the United States.

🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of bridal gowns, approved returns are eligible for a refund minus shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee . 
We do not offer refunds on our Home Try On Fees, or Home Try On Dress you choose to keep. All dresses $500 and under are FINAL SALE.

Do you offer exchanges or store credit?
We offer exchanges. Dresses must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition. A 20% restocking fee will apply. 

Do you offer returns on Make-an-Offer dresses?
We do not offer returns for dresses than you make an offer on if you purchase the dress after we accept your offer.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and secure online payment options listed at checkout.

Do you offer payment plans?
Payment plans may be available through third-party providers such as Shop Pay. If you cannot get Shop Pay to work, send us an email and we can create a payment plan for you. 

Are there any hidden fees?
No. All pricing is clearly listed. Sales tax and shipping (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

What if I have questions before ordering?
We’re happy to help! Please reach out via our contact page or email, and we’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours.

📅 Timing & Wedding Planning

How far in advance should I order my dress?
When you find a dress you love, we recommend ordering immediately as we only have one of each dress. We recommend ordering 6–9 months before your wedding date to allow time for shipping and alterations. Most seamstresses want to start a dress 2-4 months before your wedding. 

What if my wedding is soon?
All of our dresses are available to ship immediately. If you need rush shipping- we can even overnight a dress if necessary.
