Experience the luxury of trying on your dream wedding dress in the comfort of your own home. Our Home Try-On program lets you see, feel, and fall in love with your gown before making your final decision.
How It Works
1. Select Your Dresses
Choose 1–3 dresses from our collection to try on at home. Browse our stunning selection and pick the styles that speak to you. Dresses are subject to availability, and selections are reserved for 24 hours after order confirmation.
2. Pay Your Try-On Fee
A $75 per dress fee is charged at checkout. This fee is non-refundable AND will be credited toward the purchase of any dress you keep. After checkout, you will receive an email with a form to fill out where you let us know which dresses you want to have shipped.
3. Card Authorization Hold
Before shipping your dresses, we place a temporary authorization hold on your card for the full retail value of your selected dresses.
- This is not a charge.
- It protects your dresses during the try-on period.
- From this hold you are only charged for the dresses you KEEP.
- Once dresses are returned, the hold is released automatically by your bank, usually within 3–7 business days.
4. Dresses Shipped to You
Your selected gowns will be carefully packaged and shipped directly to your door. Try them on in your own space, with your trusted loved ones by your side.
5. Try Your Dresses
Take your time trying on each dress. See how they move, how they make you feel, and which one makes you say "Yes!" Your trial period is 3 days from delivery.
6. Keep or Return
- Keep the dress you love and return the rest using the prepaid label provided.
- All returned dresses must be in original condition — unworn, unaltered, and with all tags attached.
- Dresses returned damaged, altered, or late may result in partial or full charges to the card on file.
- If none are right, return all dresses, and we'll help you select another set.

Important Details / FAQ
- Try-On Period: 3 days from delivery

- Return Policy: Dresses must be returned in original condition. Damaged, altered, or late returns may incur charges. Prepaid return labels included.
